This is an action for a declaratory judgment. Plaintiff, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), claims it is not obligated on a contract of homeowner’s insurance in which Shirley Cannon, mother of defendant Kenneth Cannon (Cannon), is the named insured. Cannon is a defendant in two pending Wayne County Circuit Court lawsuits in which defendants Louise L. Jackson (Jackson) and Ernestine Dennis (E. Dennis) are plaintiffs.
