Appellant was found guilty of murdering a police officer and sentenced to death. See Tex. Pen.Code § 19.03(a)(1). On direct appeal to this Court, he raises seven points of error. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
In his first point of error, appellant argues the trial court abused its discretion when it overruled his objection to the prosecutor’s comment on his right to remain silent, in violation of his right under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Appellant points…
