In this action arising from a public works contract, plaintiff, CAMAS Colorado, Inc., an Indiana corporation, d/b/a Bituminous Roadways of Colorado, Inc. (Contractor), appeals the trial court's judgment dismissing its claims against defendant, the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County (the County), for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
