Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed June 3, 2003, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant was discharged from his employment as an environmental technician for arriving late to work and not accurately reflecting such tardiness on his time sheet. The record establishes that claimant had been counseled regarding his failure to comply with workplace policies and was advised that his adherence to all of the employer’s policies was required.…
