Memorandum: In this action by plaintiff to recover on two promissory notes and guarantees executed by defendants, plaintiff appeals from an order denying its motion for summary judgment and granting defendants’ motion to consolidate this action with a related action. We conclude that plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment allowing it to recover on the notes and guarantees.
