This is a civil action filed by Plaintiff Terri Dokes, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, against Defendants LTD Financial Services, L.P., ("LTD") and JH Portfolio Debt Equities, LLC ("JH Portfolio"). (See doc. 1). The Complaint (doc. 1) sets out one count for violation of Section 1692g(a)(2) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (the "FDCPA") for failure to clearly disclose "the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed."
