Defendant, Stephanie Warren, was charged by information in the circuit court of Bureau County with “unlawful interference with child visitation rights per court order” in violation of section 10 — 5.5 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (720 ILCS 5/10 — 5.5 (West 1994)). Defendant moved for dismissal of the information on the grounds that the instrument was insufficient and that the statute was unconstitutional. The circuit court, finding the statute unconstitutional, granted defendant’s motion. The State appealed directly to this court. 134 111. 2d R. 603. We now reverse in part, affirm in part and…
