Gary Reynolds appeals the trial court’s entry of summary judgment against him in favor of Bank of America on its action to collect on a credit card debt. We reverse and remand.

Factual Background

Plaintiff, Bank of America (“Bank”), filed its unverified “Petition on a Credit Card” against Gary Reynolds (“Reynolds”) in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Missouri.
