¶ 1 The Plaintiff, Maria Renville, brought this action in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Cascade County, to recover damages from the Defendant, Ursula Taylor, for injuries suffered in an automobile collision. Following a jury trial, the jury found in favor of Renville, and awarded damages in the amount of $17,553. Renville moved for a new trial, based on insufficiency of evidence to justify the verdict and irregularities in the proceedings.
