MOORE, Circuit Judge.
Camtek, Ltd. (Camtek) appeals the district court’s final judgment based on a jury verdict that the asserted claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,826,298 (the '298 patent) are infringed, not invalid, and not unenforceable, and its award of lost profits and grant of a permanent injunction. Camtek also appeals the trial court’s dismissal of its inequitable conduct defense and counterclaim.
