BACKGROUND

On October 16, 1981, Anthony R. Martin-Trigona (ARMT) filed a disclosure statement as the sole shareholder of the debtor. Because the disclosure statement contained certain objectionable claims, the trustee filed a motion to strike and on January 8, 1982, the Court granted the trustee’s motion.
