OPINION
NYE, Chief Justice.
This is a case involving the interpretation of the Texas Catastrophe Property Insurance Pool Act, TEX.INS.CODE ANN. art. 21.49 (Vernon 1981). Appellant, Ruby Rowden, d/b/a The Aloha Motel, appeals from an order of the trial court dismissing, without prejudice, plaintiff’s (appellant’s) cause of action against appellee, Texas Catastrophe Property Insurance Association (hereinafter TCPIA) for want of jurisdiction.
