Mid-Atlantic Machine & Fabric, Inc. (“plaintiff”), a Delaware corporation which maintains an office in Milford, commenced this action against Chesapeake Shipbuilding, Inc. (“defendant”), a Connecticut corporation which maintains an office in Connecticut and a construction yard in Maryland.
