The plaintiff, Joseph Creamer, appeals and the defendants, Daniel R. Sceviour and Scott Sutter, cross-appeal from a decision and order of the Superior Court (Lincoln County, Bradford, J.) granting a partial summary judgment to Seeviour and Sutter on all counts of Creamer’s complaint except those allegations contained in Counts II and V alleging a violation of Creamer’s First Amendment rights.
