Affirming.

On February 12, 1931, wbile traveling from Paducah toward Wickliffe on state highway No. 60, an automobile driven by Y. W. Wallis came in-collision with a freight train operated by the Illinois Central Railroad Company crossing the highway near Maxon Station. The automobile was badly wrecked, and Katherine Wallis, wife of the driver, and Mary I. Wallis, his mother, are alleged to have sustained personal injuries.
