Reversing.

The appeal is from a $1,786 judgment for personal injuries.

The evidence is as follows: At the time of the accident, which occurred about 9 o’clock on the morning of April 2, 1933, appellee, Robert K. Corwin, James Dickinson, Jack O’Brien, Jack Randall, Joseph Schaeffer, and Horace McKee Huffman were riding from Dartmouth College, Hanover, N. H., to Dayton, Ohio, to spend their vacations.
