This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court sustaining a plea of limitation to the cause of action set forth in plaintiff’s petition. City of Ft. Worth, for the use of Roach-Manigan Paving Company, sued Sam Rosen on two paving certificates issued by the city of Ft. Worth on November 26, 1912, and carrying a lien against certain real estate described in said certificates.
