This matter is before the court on Defendants Bedford Place Housing Phase I Associates, doing business as Parkway Plaza Apartments, RGR Management Corp., Earl A. Rhoden, and Simeon Golar’s objections to Magistrate Judge Dougherty’s order denying their motion to dismiss Plaintiff Tonya G. Richardson’s sexual harassment and sex discrimination action.
