This appeal is from the judgment of the Franklin Circuit Court refusing to disturb a final order of the Alcoholic Beverage *458Control Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) in granting a liqu'or license to G. and L. Liquor Company (hereinafter referred to as G. & L.) and refusing to grant such license to K. Whiskey. Store, Incorporated . (hereinafter . referred to as K.).
