Reversing.

This opinion deals with, the Alcoholic Control Act which may he found in Baldwin’s 1939 Supplement t<s the Kentucky Statutes, Section 2554b-97 et- seq. All subsections concerning this Act are found under Section 2554b, hence we will refer in the.opinion only to the subsections.
