This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in an action to recover the balance due on a contract for the sale and installation of a residential heating system. The action was tried by the court without a jury.

The pleadings and evidence disclose that defendant orally agreed to purchase an oil furnace from plaintiff. The purchase price was agreed upon at $687.50 to cover the furnace proper, and $250 to cover the cost of installing air duets, pipes, registers, fittings and hood over the furnace.
