Appeal from judgment and sentence of five years’ imprisonment on jury verdict of guilty to charge of selling marihuana. § 195.200, subd. 1(4), RSMo Supp.1973, V. A.M.S.

On January 25, 1973, a 15-year-old Springfield girl did not attend school and did not return home following school. The girl was “going with” the then 17-year-old appellant, Donald Ernest Burrow. The girl’s father began a search for his daughter, believing that she was with Burrow. He obtained the assistance of a nephew, Tommy Lewis.
