This ease involves a dispute between J.O.C. Farms, LLC (“JOC Farms” or “JOC”) and its insurer, Rural Community Insurance Agency, Inc. (“RCIS”), regarding proceeds under two federally reinsured crop insurance policies. On October 31, 2014, the court held a hearing and granted RCIS and the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company’s motion to dismiss and granted in part arid denied in part the motion to dismiss of William J.
