This lawsuit presents another' chapter of the disputatious family affairs of the descendants of Frank Zenger who died in Washington county in 1916 leaving a small farm to his widow and six surviving children. The plaintiff is one of his daughters and the guardian of his namesake, and youngest son, an incompetent person. The defendant, August Zenger, is next to the youngest son, and lived on the farm in the family home with the mother and Frank, the incompetent, until the mother’s death in 1939.
