Appellant Michael L. Farris appeals his convictions of murder in the first degree, assault in the first degree, and armed criminal action. He contends that his anticipatory written invocation of his Fifth Amendment right to counsel while in custody on a burglary charge barred his interrogation on another offense eight months later, after his pretrial release on bond for the burglary charge.
