OPINION

D.W. NELSON, Senior Circuit Judge:

Chuyon Hong petitions for review of the order for her removal from the United States. Petitioner argues that evidence used against her in removal proceedings should have been suppressed because it was obtained through violations of federal regulations committed by a United States immigration officer. Because the exclusionary rule does not generally apply to immigration proceedings, and Petitioner’s due process rights were not violated, we deny in part her Petition for Review.
