LANCE, Judge:

Veteran Kurt Prokarym appeals, through counsel, a November 7, 2013, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that, in pertinent part, denied entitlement to an initial disability rating greater than 50% for bilateral plantar fas-ciitis with pes planus for the period beginning July 26, 2013. 2 Record (R.) at 2-15.
