This is an appeal from a summary judgment rendered in favor of the appellee based upon a foreign judgment.

Delta Mud & Drilling Co., A Division of Chromalloy Natural Resources Company, (Delta) originally brought a collection proceeding in Louisiana against H.R. Fender, appellant.
