Certiorari was. granted in this case, because of the application by the Court of Appeals of a public statute (Code § 68-308) to a personal-injury case growing out of an assault by the driver of a public bus upon a person with whose automobile it was alleged the bus had just previously collided. The facts of the case are stated in the opinion of the Court of Appeals, 67 Ga. App. 867 (21 S. E. 2d, 458).
