Plaintiff Christina Bauer, proceeding pro se, brings this action against Linda Yellen and Keckins Projects Ltd., (“Keckins”). Yellen is a producer, director and owner of Keckins, whose principal business is the development and production of motion pictures. Plaintiff alleges that defendants’ development, promotion and production of a script entitled “The Hive” infringed her copyright in a script entitled “A Rose Is a Rose Is a Rose.” With discovery now closed, defendants jointly move for summary judgment on plaintiffs claim and for…
