Plaintiff, Joyce Damrow, sued defendant, Thumb Cooperative Terminal, Inc., for wrongful discharge from employment, alleging breach of the employment agreement between the parties as set forth in defendant’s employee manual. The circuit court, sitting as trier of fact, found in favor of defendant. Plaintiff appeals entry of a judgment of no cause of action.
