HALL, District Judge.
CAME ON TO BE HEARD THIS DAY IN OPEN COURT Defendants’ Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law. This Court, after reviewing the motion and hearing the arguments of counsel for all parties, finds that it is well taken.
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Glenda Johnson Callaghan (“Plaintiff”) hired the Defendants to move her from Macon, Georgia, to San Antonio, Texas. During the move, the trailer carrying her possessions caught fire and her personal possessions were damaged or destroyed.
