MEMORANDUM OPINION
DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court in this Chapter 7 case is the motion by debtors Leroy Allen Foster and Mary Kathleen Foster (“Debtors”) to dismiss their case and the objection to that motion filed by Harold Woodward (“Woodward”), one of the Debtors’ principal creditors. This Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b) and 157(a) and (b).
