OPINION AND ORDER
LOVELL, District Judge.
Plaintiff instituted this action against her former employers pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The complaint alleges unlawful employment practices which have discriminated against plaintiff on the basis of her sex. There are three counts alleged in the complaint. Count one is based on Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e) et seq.
