Appeal from Jackson Circuit Court. — Hon. Edwin A. Krauthoff, Special Judge. (1) The plaintiff was not entitled to recover. This action was for the conversion of tbe corn, whilst tbe recovery was for the failure “to stop at El Eeno to shell.” (2) The measure of plaintiff’s damages if any, was the difference, if any, in value in the condition in which the com arrived and that in which it in fact did arrive at Leander, Texas.
