Crane, J.), rendered February 14, 1989, convicting defendant, after a jury trial of burglary in the third degree, possession of burglar’s tools, petit larceny *489and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and sentencing him, as a predicate felon, to a term of from 2Vi to 5 years on the burglary count to run concurrently to three six-month terms imposed on the remaining counts, unanimously affirmed.
