Hoover Group, Inc. v. Custom Metalcraft, Inc., and Dwayne Holden
Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
PAULINE NEWMAN, Circuit Judge.
Mr. Dwayne Holden appeals the decisions of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, (1) denying his motion to dismiss the complaint against him as an individual for improper venue and (2) holding him personally liable for infringement of Hoover’s United States Patents Nos. 4,840,-284 and 4,785,95s. 1 We affirm the decision that venue was proper, and reverse the judgment of personal liability.
