MEMORANDUM ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge.
This is an action arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and containing numerous other claims, The case was originally brought in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and was assigned to the Hon. H. Lee Sarokin, United States District Judge for that Court. Pursuant to a motion by defendants, the action was transferred to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b) and 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a).
