[1] Upon an amended information Raymond Eugene Montgomery was charged with burglary in the second degree and larceny, with four prior felony convictions and sentences which he served concurrently. A jury found the four prior convictions and the defendant guilty of the burglary and the larceny and assessed his punishment at ten years in the penitentiary for the burglary and an additional five years for the larceny.
