MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BROWN, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiffs Kenneth Jones and Leonard Liddell (“Plaintiffs”) brought this action against Centurion Investment Associates, Inc. d/b/a Service Distributors 1 (“Defendant”), alleging causes of action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”)(29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.) and the Portal to Portal Act (29 U.S.C. § 251 et seg.XCompl^ 1). Plaintiffs allege that they are entitled to overtime pay under the FLSA.
