This matter comes before the Court on the objection of Kali Pharmaceuticals (“Kali”) to the entry of a stipulation of partial dismissal on certain claims between Plaintiffs/Counterclaim Defendants Glaxo Group Limited and Smithkline Beecham Corporation, (collectively, “Glaxo”) and Defendant/Counterclaim Plaintiff Dr. Red-dy’s Laboratories, Ltd. (“Reddy”) pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(c).
