I agree with the majority that the jury instructions were not erroneous and that the trial justice did not commit reversible error when she redacted portions of Dr. Kim’s and Dr. Duffs videotaped depositions. However, I most respectfully disagree with the majority’s holding that the plaintiff waived his right to appeal certain evidentiary rulings because he failed to provide this Court with a portion of the record.
