Plaintiff Kleen Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services, Inc. (“Kleen”) is seeking recovery of costs from defendant Total Waste Management, Inc. (“TWM”) that Kleen has incurred and will incur in the future from responding to releases and threatened releases of hazardous substances and oil on and about Eileen’s property located in Lebanon, New Hampshire (the “site”). The plaintiff alleges those releases and threatened releases occurred as a result of underground storage tank removal activities performed by the defendant and as a result of oil and hazardous waste…
