Erickson Transport Corp. (Erickson) petitions this court to review and set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) granting L & L Trucking, Inc. (L & L), a certifícate to operate as a motor common carrier transporting specific commodities between several Arkansas counties and other points in the United States.
