ANDERSON, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court affirming a final award of the Industrial Commission in a proceeding under the Missouri Workmen’s Compensation Act, Section 287.010 et seq. RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S. Claimant-appellant is Robert Tebeau. The respondents are Baden Equipment and Construction Company, employer, and its insurance carrier, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company.
