USA Rebar Placement, Inc., and Hartford Insurance Company appeal from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s decision 1 to award temporary, total disability benefits and future medical care to USA Rebar employee Randy D. Boyles. They contend that the commission’s decision was not supported by competent and substantial evidence. They assert that Boyles could have found employment even though his physician had placed lifting and bending restrictions on him, so Boyles was not entitled to temporary, total disability benefits.
