Kathy L. Poppa appeals from an order of the district court affirming the Commissioner’s decision denying her application for supplemental security income (SSI) benefits. The claim at issue in this appeal was filed on January 20, 2004, alleging disability since June 1, 2002. 1 The agency denied Ms. Poppa’s application initially and on reconsideration.
