Before this Court is the appeal of pro se defendant,1 Mary Y. Seguin (Seguin), challenging a Superior Court grant of summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Jessup & Conroy, P.C. (the law firm), on Seguin’s counterclaim in this collection action.
