FREYER, Judge:

The appellant was charged with, and was found guilty in accordance with his pleas of, absence without leave for less than one day, failure to obey a lawful order by consuming alcohol in a punitively restricted status, and incapacitation for duty as a result of previous overindulgence in intoxicating liquor or drugs. He was also charged with desertion terminated by apprehension but pled guilty to, and was found guilty of, only absence without leave not terminated by apprehension.
