1Opinion of the Court

MCMILLIAN, District Judge.

Cesar F. Morales appeals from a final order entered in the District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri denying his motion to withdraw a plea of guilty for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. For the reasons discussed be low, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
